Resident Qualifying Criteria

 


Thank you for your interest in one of our featured rental properties. Now that you are ready to move forward with the application process and secure your new home, you will need to complete each of the items listed below.

 Application Instructions:

  1. Review and Sign the Resident Qualifying Criteria Form - Print Form
  2. Complete & Submit Qualified Rental Application -
  3. Pay Application Fee - $45/Single, $60/Married
  4. Pay $100 Nonrefundable Administrative Fee
  5. Pay Application Deposit - A property cannot be secured until deposit/admin fee are paid.
  6. Provide copy of (3) most recent pay stubs verifying income is at least 3 times the monthly rent.
  7. Provide Valid Government Photo I.D.
  8. Initial Information About Brokerage Services - Print Form
  9. Complete Animal Information Form - Print Form

Accepted Forms of Payment:

  • Application Fee - Online via Credit Card or Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to TRMC.
  • $100 Nonrefundable Admin Fee -  Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to TRMC.
  • Application Deposit -  Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to TRMC.
    *If property is a One-Time, Deposit made payable to Property Owner.
