Review and Sign the Resident Qualifying Criteria Form - Print Form
Complete & Submit Qualified Rental Application - Select Property and Apply Now
Pay $45 Application Fee
Pay $100 Nonrefundable Administrative Fee
Pay Application Deposit - A property cannot be secured until deposit and admin fee are paid.
Provide copy of (3) most recent pay stubs verifying income is at least 3 times the monthly rent.
Provide copy of Valid Government Photo I.D.

Complete Animal Information Form - Print Form

Accepted Forms of Payment:

No cash will ever be accepted.
Application Fee - Online via Credit Card
$100 Nonrefundable Admin Fee - Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to TRMC, Inc..
Application Deposit* - Cashier's Check/Money Order payable to TRMC, Inc.

*If property is a One-Time (managed by the Property Owner), the Deposit made payable to Property Owner.
