The main office is located at 14613 S.P.I.D., Corpus Christi, TX, 78418, which is actually on Padre Island itself. The Rental Management Company began operation in June 1988. Currently, TRMC, Inc. manages hundreds of Rental Properties, twenty three Homeowner's Associations, 3 Commercial Buildings, and is Property Manager in this area for the U.S. Treasury. The Rental Management Company (TRMC) is a locally owned and operated company which is dedicated to providing quality management service to our clients. TRMC is also a licensed contractor in the State of Texas and a Nationally certified Swimming Pool Operator, as well as an active member of the Apartment Association and the Association of Realtors.
