NOTICE TO APPLICANTS:
When submitting an online Rental Application, please specify which address you are applying for and be certain to complete the following steps:
1. Complete the Rental Application entirely - DO NOT skip fields or leave anything blank. If a line item does not apply, note "N/A". Failing to provide ALL requested information may delay the application approval process or cause your application to be rejected
2. Click the Resident Qualifying Criteria Link, print, review and sign the Rental Qualifying Criteria Form
3. Each Applicant MUST provide documentation supporting income. Acceptable forms may be the three (3) most recent pay stubs from current employer and/or bank statements.
4. If you have rental history, click the Rental History link, print the Rental History Form and sign the highlighted blank authorizing TRMC to obtain your rental history from your previous or current landlord.
5. If you have an animal, please click the Animal Information link, print the Animal Information Form and complete the requested information.
6. Immediately after submitting your rental application online, return all applicable and completed forms and income verification to TRMC . You may fax to 361.949.9070 or email to longterm@rentalmgmt.com
