The Padre Island sands offer an ever-changing playground for fishing, surfing, swimming, beach combing, or just soaking up the sun. You're just a few minutes from the Padre Island National Seashore with its stunning miles and miles of primitive beauty. Come fish in the Laguna Madre and inter-costal, or venture to the newly opened Packery Channel which gives you direct access to the gulf. Corpus Christi - "the sparkling city by the sea" is just minutes over the bridge, and provides excellent shopping and fine restaurants. Visit the State Aquarium, or take a tour of the great Lexington, a small piece of history in our neighborhood.

Our Company
The Rental Management Company began operation in June 1988. As of March, 2007, TRMC, Inc. manages approximately three hundred rental properties, and twenty one homeowner's associations. Gary Graham, President/Broker, has had a real estate license for over 26 years and his education included a Bachelor's Degree in Finance, obtained by attending Texas A&M University and Lubbock Christian College.
The Rental Management Company (TRMC), a locally owned and operated company, is dedicated to providing quality rentals, both short-term vacation availabilities, including corporate rentals, and long-term rental management. We've been working with property owners and guests since 1988. In fact, our office is located on Padre Island itself so we are very familiar with the island and it's unique characteristics and personality.
HOA/Property Management
The largest HOA Management on the Island. Our goal is for each owner to enjoy their condo on Padre Island. Our experience allows us to provide you with full service management including operations, accounting, insurance evaluation and administration, property maintenance and the development/maintenance of a capital plan for major improvements.
